A service dog is allowed in with the person it works for.
This is the rule for a restaurant in Prince Edward Island. It applies whether or not that person has ever heard of us.
The provision
“No person shall discriminate (a) against any individual or class of individuals with respect to enjoyment of accommodation, services and facilities to which members of the public have access”
